School Holiday Camps

Come for the day or stay for the week, mix with others from all over the world!

NSX Summer School Holiday Camps provide a safe and fun environment for children to explore their own personal adventure. Our programmes are the perfect place for 8 to 16 year olds to meet new friends whilst challenging their sense of adventure through sport, outdoor and creative activities.

No matter which camp you choose, you can be safe in the knowledge that your child is safe and well-cared for by our amazing team who all hold the required industry standard qualifications and a fully enhanced DBS check.

Each centre has a team of carefully selected, fun-loving and caring staff. Each staff member is trained and qualified to deliver a particular activity or sport and they take great pride and responsibility in what they do. All staff are great at adapting their approach to each individual, whether a bit younger and away from home for the first time or a teenager looking for a bit of independence.

Carry on the adventure and add an overnight stay to your day camps.

When the other day campers are collected at 5:30pm, you will be able to carry on the fun with friends of similar ages at our international residential camp. You’ll join them for a hot dinner in the dining hall and then for an exciting evening activity such as Campfire, Casino night or even a Disco or Talent Show! When it comes to bedtime, you’ll be sharing a dorm room with some of your new friends but, after the busy day you’ve had, you’ll be sure to fall asleep as soon as your head hits the pillow! The next morning, our Camp Leaders will make sure you are up and ready for a fun filled day of activities, after a big breakfast as fuel for the day ahead.

Frequently Asked Questions

If your child is coming for just the day, then lunch is included. This will be a hot lunch, with cold options served in the dining room.

If you are staying overnight, then an evening meals and breakfasts are also included.

Each camp has a dedicated mobile phone, this number will be available to you at sign in if not before and you can contact a member of staff on it during the day. Please only use this number in emergencies.

We strongly do not recommend that children bring their own mobile phone device to camp.

On the day, sign in will be well signposted from the entrance of the school. You will need to drop your child off and leave the member of staff a password and confirm who will be collecting them if it is someone else. We will double check the details we have for you and your child, and take them to meet the other children.

At sign out, please wait at the desk, we will collect your child and bring them to you.

It is the responsibility of the parent(s)/guardian(s) to fully advise NSX of any disability, social or behavioural problem that the child has or recently had which might affect them or others during their time with us. If your child has additional needs, we are happy to discuss how we can accommodate them at camp.

We endeavour to offer the opportunity for all children to attend camp however this can only be achieved if we have the correct information about a child’s needs on booking.

Unfortunately, NSX Adventure is unable to provide 1:1 support for children with additional needs. We are happy for children with 1:1 support to join us if this can be organised or provided by the parent/guardian, however NSX cannot take responsibility for carers.

It is possible to book a single day camp up until 10pm the night before, where available.

Safety is fundamental in the activities we provide and our extensive list of internal safety processes ensures activities only pose a 'perceived' risk. Ask to see our safety pages for more information.

Yes, each day is made up of 4 activity sessions and in each session there will be 3-4 activities that children can choose between, so they are in charge of their day.

At NSX, we love being outdoors so we aim to stay outside in the fresh air unless the weather makes an activity dangerous or not enjoyable. We always have an alternative activity indoors!

Each activity session is 90 minutes long. This allows for a safety briefing and instruction from our instructors on the activity as well as getting into and safety checking any equipment the children need to wear such as helmets and harnesses. This will usually lasts about 15-30 minutes leaving a good hour for the activity.

Between each activity session is 30 minutes break time to allow the next activity session to be set up and the campers to grab a drink, go to the toilet or reapply sun cream for example.
